Apple Pay requires a supported smartphone and OS. To use the app, you only need iOS 8.1, but Apple Cash requires iOS 15.5 or higher. Set up Apple Pay on your devices.
Paying with your phone is sometimes easier and faster than rummaging for a credit card or cash while shopping online or in-store. That’s why people like mobile payment apps.
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac owners use Apple Pay. Connecting a credit or debit card through the app lets you pay in stores and online. iPads and Macs can buy things from supported websites. Using Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN, your account is debited.
